1. General Terms & Conditions
Confirm your age, eligibility and domicile for the next NEET, JEE and NDA examinations. CLC will not be responsible for any matter regarding age, eligibility and domicile.
MED-JEE ACADEMY reserves the right to make any changes in study hours, timetable, etc.
If any information given by the candidate is found incorrect or false, his/her admission will be cancelled without any refund.
Use of mobile phones by students on the MED-JEE ACADEMY campus is strictly prohibited. The student shall be subject to monetary punishment, debarment from class or termination.
If the original I-card is lost, a duplicate I-card will be issued on depositing ₹500.
To change the course or batch allotted at the time of admission, applicable charges will be levied.
2. Refund Rules
Refund of any amount, if payable, shall be refunded by cheque only after deducting the following amount plus GST.

After 30 days of admission, there will be no fee refund.
If the course fee is refunded, only the parents/guardians of the ward will be eligible to receive the amount.
To receive a refundable amount, the parents/guardians must apply in writing.
Refund requests through email, fax, telephone, mobile or SMS will not be entertained.
A student will be eligible for a refund only if the first instalment of the fee has been deposited as per institute norms.
Any approved refund will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date the request is approved.
In marginal cases where a student secures admission in Government Medical Colleges (MBBS) or IITs/NITs (B.Tech), a refund of 50% of the deposited tuition fee may be granted even after 28 days of admission.
The original fee deposit receipt and student I-card must be attached with the refund request.
There will be no refund after the deposition of the second instalment.
Refund Notes
There will be no refund if complete payment of the first instalment has not been made at the time of admission.
No refund of any amount shall be made to any student if rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
These refund norms will be applicable till the government generates a new refund policy.
3. Use of Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which include offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services and offers. We will be making promotional calls and sending SMS to you through a third-party platform.
4. Jurisdiction
For any legal dispute, jurisdiction shall be HANSI (HARYANA) only.
